What we collect and why

• Account details (email, password or Google login): to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
• Text you paste and outputs you save (e.g. resume / CV text, job adverts): to provide the tools and store your saved work. Basis: contract.
• Usage records (which tool you used and when): to apply the daily limit and prevent abuse. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser details, logs): for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages: to answer your questions. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host the app, store data and run the AI that processes your text, only to provide the service.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling memberships, managing subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We don't sell your data or use your pasted text for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and saved work while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your account details and saved work. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires (for example, tax records held by Paddle), then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account yourself from the Account page. Email us for anything else and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-user data isolation to protect your data.

Cookies

We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
